Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Exchange Policy
- We offer Size Exchange Only.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to size availability.
- Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Exchange Charges
- A reverse shipping fee of ₹149 per product applies to all size exchanges.
- For orders containing multiple products, exchange charges will be calculated based on the number of products being exchanged.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product. In such cases, the ₹149 exchange fee will not apply.
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
Wrong or Defective Product
- If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will cover the replacement shipping cost.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims.
Refund Policy
- We follow a No Refund Policy.
- Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided under any circumstances.
