EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At NOIIRLANE, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer Size Exchange Only.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Exchange is subject to size availability.

• Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Exchange Charges

• A reverse shipping fee of ₹99 per product applies to all size exchanges.

• For orders containing multiple products, exchange charges will be calculated based on the number of products being exchanged.

• If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will be required to self-ship the product. In such cases, the ₹99 exchange fee will not apply.

Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.

• Products returned without original tags or packaging.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• A complete unboxing video is mandatory for claim approval.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost.

Refund Policy

• We follow a No Refund Policy.

• Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided under any circumstances.

• Returns for refund are not accepted.
